This course was designed by attorneys to teach introductory key concepts of discrimination and harassment under federal laws and the policies of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. During this training, your employees will (1) learn to identify illegal harassment and conduct that, if left unchecked, might rise to the level of illegal harassment; (2) understand their rights and responsibilities if they experience conduct that is not acceptable in the workplace; (3) know the process for reporting harassment that is experienced or observed; and (4) learn the consequences of engaging in conduct unacceptable in the workplace.
